There is nothing called HR policy here.it is extremely bad .you can not go directly to JR for any Imidiate solution. The problem will be killed within the department and stay forever .and be patient if you get any offer as onboarding is really pathetic

HSBC as an organisation is an wonderful place to work with, however, it also depends on the management under which you will be working.I am very satisfied so far , however for the last 1year I have been shifted to accounting n valuation team where I have faced a lot of problems and pressure due to improper management.
