The department is open to innovations and try to frame all technology based ideas based on ideal conditions only, but at ground level, there are lot of deficiencies to implement and execute the new innovative ideas and techniques. I have to work with inadequate man power and resources and have to give my best results .The only best thing about department is job security

Political interference and lack of manpower and infrastructure

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire process in the institution as administration, teaching, evaluation , official correspondence, public parents grieviences related to their wards and whole activities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
