Despite contributing significantly to the company’s success, I didn’t receive the respect I deserved. The company claims to be international but operates like a local business. Long 12-hour shifts after a few days. The organization seems to be declining in traffic. Avoid if possible.

At Houzeo, there is a constant need to refine and improve various processes. While this fosters innovation and adaptability, it can sometimes lead to additional workload and complexity.

"Toxic Micromanagement- Not Worth It" I worked here for like infinity - because notice period is of 3 months. The micromanagement is next level every little thing is tracked and they have got a public rating system for writers/editors - which is just EMBARRASSING. Yeah not motivating. Also, the pay gap is wild. Some people literally just replicate content and still get paid more than those actually putting in work. And don't even get me started on the office politics- certain employees, especially women don't get treated fairly I mean the pretty oness. The turnover rate is insane. At any given time atleast 4-5 people are serving their notice period. They're always hiring which kinda tells you everything you need to know.
