Nothing. Only good part is , if you are about to retire and do not have good job, then this hotel for time pass.

Dislikes

No management, even MD is onlt person who introduce himself as GM and MD both. Employee suppose to listen only him. There is nothing to learn. People are untrained and working without any Hotel management background. Even they are can not handle a Good guest. Hotel MD use to sought his employees infront of guest and also he use to sought loudly to GUEST without any concrete reason. Very old setup with horrible guest washrooms....Read More

Work Details

Unfortunetly I had hired by MD as Manager operations but there is not any authority have given while joining. You have to stand in reception and worl like MD personal informer (Chugli) who can pass every information about staff.
