I started here as a intern without any professional degree of Hotel Management but after work here in all different departments like front Office, restaurant management, housekeeping supervisor, stock handler etc now I am confident that I can more experienced then any professional degree holder. At this place you learned a lot and the owner and his family treat the employees just like their family members that helps me a lot that I am still working here without any security fear. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
