Huge lobby. Free staff dormitory accomodation and meals.

Lot of owner's interference. Owner interacts with staff directly resulting in lot of staff politics. They don't need general manager as owner acts as the one. Property is in a mess and need renovation and investment in basic requirements like staff uniform, equipments etc. Salaries stretches upto last week of the month.

Work Details

Establishing systems and procedures, upgrading product quality in terms of repair and maintenance and basic compliances. Revenue maximization etc

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging, marketing of hotel , handling of all clients calls ,as well as day to day operations. As long as I get to work closely with the client , It will be a great learning experience .
