It is a family owned small firm with no major competitive spirit so job at Horigine is better than sitting idle at home. Since its not a big brand so you can leave the job or if told to leave the job , just walk out without fear of losing an association with a big brand and loads of facilities.

Dislikes

It has no major clients, no long term vision, only 3 family members (check online) run the company . Leave and pay policies are not in line with good industry. Not open for discussions with prospects. I am told that hey have only 1 client and they hire candidates on their pay roll so that they get monthly income from same candidates' bill rate even if no new hiring happens. It is a firm that works only on 3 -6 month contractual job opportunities, no long term contracts or jobs. Pay package is calculated on hourly rates. They hire only immediate joiners who are ready to join within 5 days of interview. No perks , bonus, leaves. I had to work on day of Good Friday and Diwali as well. Client had a holiday but I had to get it written from client that I am working from home to get paid for that day.
