No job security at the job seniors are not supportive towards towards juinors poor job timings and rotational shift compolsoury politics towards everyone and inequality towards office colleagues

Work Details

Generally my job starts in shifts 1st safety tours and then work permits and sometimes giving induction training and all safety related works

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
