I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is nothing that you will like in this company. No growth in learning, and no growth in salary. Mental torture and stress full life. This is not a MNC but a small size pvt company. Better look for other company, even if you get less salary. I bet you will always regret if you joined this organization.
