I have enjoyed working at Holiday Express Hotel Ltd.l joined Holiday Express Hotel with an intention of gaining more experience in Management. I became the Head of Accounts and was supervising four staff. What l love at Holiday Express Hotel,l was given an opportunity to bring in new policies in Management as long as l can defend them before being approved. They have a human resource department that respects employee rights and they allow staff to subscribe to different Labour Unions. Teammates.The Hotel has few Qualified staff and some times we are limited to some guidances. Training.The Hotel mostly relies on inhouse trainers that can not bring in new ideas. Job security.Some staff are working without any appointment letters. Career Growth.Holiday Express Hotel can encourage you to advance your studies but they do not finance it. Salary.Take long to increase salaries

Work Details

l supervise Accounts assistant, Store keeper and Procurement Officer, make sure that financial reports are prepared on time and must be free from errors. Enrich my Shareholders and l make sure that the company is compliant to all third parties

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
