I have completed 1 year in this company I'm honestly writing this review coming to postive things in this company they will give on time salary good office maintanence,team members are so helpful. Coming to nagative things they - they will treat us like Robots bcz of work pressure only I left the company.strict 6 days working,they is no proper work place they will change in year 5 6 co-working space .we have work from option also but only team leader only eligible to take work from if any recruiter choosing work from home they won't approved.worst team leader I have faced 9:30am if we logging until 6:30pm we should be on the Google meet bcz team anytime she will come she will tel switch on videos,it's not company it's like school.evryday back to back meetings .they are forcing to give 15 profile s per day .for freshers and experienced I'll not choose this company.manager only believe team leader works they don't care about recruiter how much they are suffering,plz don't go with this company ....Read More

Finally this to Hiyamee plz I'm requesting respective managers to get 1 profile how much recruiters are suffering don't pressure them to give 15 profiles , according to me CSM are taking work from home they are just handling clients calls ,CSM works also team leaders doing.plz put 1 eyes on CSM . incentive also very low 1 joiner 400this is shame ,but CSM getting 1500 wt is this . simply hiring giving pressure .just look at company reviews .I'll write and give within 3 months half of my team will be not there bcz of CSM work pressure. Give 1 example witch recruiter worked more than 4 years no one bcz of your process.plz guys before joining see company reviews after joining if you feel it's pressure leave and join other until it is satisfied.thank you...Read More
