No direction what so ever, policies change by the minute. 400 people were laid off last year and as the org wanted to cut losses people were asked to resign stating performance issues. Most of the leadership teams have walked away from the Org as well

"Work culture is worse" would be an understatement. Salary is absolutely not commensurate with market standards and the avg. stay of an employee is at the most 6-8 months. They have a philosophy of growth at all costs' and in the pursuit of it, have sacrificed all ethics & what not! If you are a drifter, it's a good company as anyways your stay over here wouldn't extend beyond 6-7 months. Red flag: Saturdays working!
