"Work culture is worse" would be an understatement. Salary is absolutely not commensurate with market standards and the avg. stay of an employee is at the most 6-8 months. They have a philosophy of growth at all costs' and in the pursuit of it, have sacrificed all ethics & what not! If you are a drifter, it's a good company as anyways your stay over here wouldn't extend beyond 6-7 months. Red flag: Saturdays working!
