I worked with this company for about 3.5 months to be exact. I suffered with depression with this company. No learning, No work satisfaction, No healthy enviorment... I would like to say there was nothing because of which i should have been stayed in that company. The senior management is so irresponsible with their work and they blame the junior management for the same.

There is no positive working in hiyamee, team leader are worst, they always just think about themselves, there is training session at all for the fresher's you have to manage everything by your own, team leader are always out of the office due to there personal works or to eat something but when same thing is asked by the recruiter they just start blaming you for everything. In which team I am working, my team leader just come to the office and making the plans for hangout and all with there favourite team mates and eating all the day, due to which target is not completed and at the end of the day they just start shouting at the recruiter. They even don't have the proper knowledge of the requirements and when we asked them they just said , just Google it. If we have to Google everything by own , so there is no need of team leads at all in the team....Read More
