The company culture is very good in hitech. they celebrate each and every festival with lot of joy. if you are a person who enjoy cafe alot. they have seprate floor for that and you can do lot of activities over there.

Company BIM division is very bad. Management level is bad. I have experience with BIM division they intentionally target employees.
