Work Culture in here is great, Leadership is approachable and ready to listen to employee concern. Since the total workforce is less this company is like a small family. Work ethics are high and the policies are employee centric.

The quality of project are not that great, the quality of work which we get is not as per latest trends. Pipeline does not get materialized.

Recently, the environment has became unbearable. Lot of office politics and forcing employees to come to office even if they are having genuine medical issues. Micro management is at all time high.

Maanagers are the worst, they don't know what manager should do.Lack of managerial skill. And joining Hitachi digital services or vantara its trap. They changed company name every year. Like Hitachi vantara to digital service and after that they stop giving you appraisal or promotion. Sometime they don't credite salary also. Whoever joining join in your risk. Bad work culture. Bad package

1. Work Life Balance is maintained except few accounts which is the case everywhere 2. Clients in diverse sector and domain 3. Good learning platforms provided to people who are interested, 4. Flexi work culture was there till 2023.

They are really focusing on new Technologies Good Working atmosphere but totally depends on your Manager

No increment during Covid as well as 23-24 FY which is ridiculous. No Implementation Projects All AMS Projects and People are handling 3-4 Projects They keep on Merging and De-merging the company and hence no clear visibility
