Recently, the environment has became unbearable. Lot of office politics and forcing employees to come to office even if they are having genuine medical issues. Micro management is at all time high.

Maanagers are the worst, they don't know what manager should do.Lack of managerial skill. And joining Hitachi digital services or vantara its trap. They changed company name every year. Like Hitachi vantara to digital service and after that they stop giving you appraisal or promotion. Sometime they don't credite salary also. Whoever joining join in your risk. Bad work culture. Bad package

If you're People manager is understanding and supportive then it would be good but most of the cases its not

Lot of politics in the internal teams, no transperancy, everything is rigged and predetermined. not a healthy place to work and the culture is very toxic

Management is very poor they don’t even bother about your life and health. No proper leave management system. Literally you have to beg for leaves and worse thing all Toaster they prepared as biased as they approve leaves for their loved employees and no matter how many leaves how many times they have taken still they approve but rest of the team should beg for atleast one leave . Without understanding the bandwidth availability in team work is allocated to the team also no ot is paid for additional time ever invested in paid and employee has to end up doing overtime with the amazing of work that is allocated

1. Work Life Balance is maintained except few accounts which is the case everywhere 2. Clients in diverse sector and domain 3. Good learning platforms provided to people who are interested, 4. Flexi work culture was there till 2023.

Dislikes

1. Job security is not good in comparison to brand name. Short term projects and people in bench are often at risk. 2. Less projects in pipeline 3. Resource allocation to projects in not well managed. 4. Flexi work culture is being withdrawn since beginning of 2024.

They are really focusing on new Technologies Good Working atmosphere but totally depends on your Manager

Dislikes

No increment during Covid as well as 23-24 FY which is ridiculous. No Implementation Projects All AMS Projects and People are handling 3-4 Projects They keep on Merging and De-merging the company and hence no clear visibility
