Nothing, it is a bloody mess!!

Everything! I am cursing my decision to join there. Nobody is happy there, everybody wants to leave the company as early as possible. For fresher, they have a bond of two years. They push their employees to work extra on their face. HR is just a puppet there and the worst guy is the CEO itself. It is better to stay at home then to join this company. Just Don't go there.

Worst company ever , the company provides the policies after joining, the policies are not employee friendly, policy says that employee cannot take leaves for more than one in a month, employee cannot make NAUKRI profile active even in notice period.

Dislikes

Employee cannot make NAUKRI profile active, employee cannot take more than one leave, employee cannot take work from home, employee can be terminated anytime without prior notice, working hours are 10 hours which cannot be decreased otherwise salary will be deducted and appraisal or hike will be not be given.
