1- Micromanagement at extreme level, developers has too work for long working hours and also on weekends. CEO puts the nose in each tasks and fires employees afger some time if employee don’t give time on weekends killing there personal times for the company. 2- Worst environment and culture is followed by the company, HR is a puppet for the CEO and has no hold over the management 3- If you want to make the life hell then please join the company. 4- Even the internal teams post fake reviews and do manipulations on the job portals like naukri, glassdoor etc.., over the reviews by themselves to increase the review ratings 5- In this company there will be no learning curve and least knowledge 6- No proper training and development policies to the joinees everything need to be figured out by the employees and if not done then listen to scoldings 7- Lacs professionalism and low compensation too, delays in salaries are usual here in the company 8- Worst environment and culture followed...Read More

Nothing, it is a bloody mess!!

Everything! I am cursing my decision to join there. Nobody is happy there, everybody wants to leave the company as early as possible. For fresher, they have a bond of two years. They push their employees to work extra on their face. HR is just a puppet there and the worst guy is the CEO itself. It is better to stay at home then to join this company. Just Don't go there.

Worst company ever , the company provides the policies after joining, the policies are not employee friendly, policy says that employee cannot take leaves for more than one in a month, employee cannot make NAUKRI profile active even in notice period.

Employee cannot make NAUKRI profile active, employee cannot take more than one leave, employee cannot take work from home, employee can be terminated anytime without prior notice, working hours are 10 hours which cannot be decreased otherwise salary will be deducted and appraisal or hike will be not be given.

If your work is completed even then you can not leave early, You can not make your naukri and linkedIn profile active. So many restrictions are there.

Dislikes

You cannot make naukri and linkedIn profile active. Work from home will be counted half day. You cannot Leave early even if your work is completed.
