Don't even think of joining here, ceo doesn't have any idea how the run the company, cto is dumb, has no clue what the end product should be, coming product managers they are useless, has literally no clue about the product, all pressure will come to developers. They are a downsizing and hire and fire company, cto directs the hrs tolook for employees who are holding the most ctc, whether removing them will hamper the team, if yes remove them by putting them in force pip, all of a sudden you will get call from hr, "we don't see any value that you can bring on to the team with your skillsets, the company doesn't need you anymore" voila you just got fired!! They even have the courtesy to ask how was your experience after joining here, this company is run by people who have no idea what's product building looks like , don't even join here this is not for freshers or experienced folks....Read More

They give you good package, But dont attract to the package because they just want you to pull from the company where you are working and then they will use you for some days for fixing and writing the code. Once you finish your work they will through you out and hire less cost resource to manage the code.
