I enjoyed the people i worked with. It was friendly and fun atmosphere . And i actuaIly enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all of their employees on a first name basic and tried to make those personal connections.

One of the reason I am leaving is that i felt I was challenged enough at the job.

Compassion is decent The work pressure is very high Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to take the client calls in the evening and sometimes late in the night. Managers do not value a persons' unique strengths, which is why I have I get appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
