The work pressure is very high. Sometimes ,I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the product marketing as well as manage day- to -day yield operation.

I enjoyed the people i worked with. It was friendly and fun atmosphere . And i actuaIly enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all of their employees on a first name basic and tried to make those personal connections.

One of the reason I am leaving is that i felt I was challenged enough at the job.
