Those who are appointed for 8 hours job are informed by HR that they might have to work for 12 hours a day if the production demand is high but not regularly. But after joining they make work for 12 hours regularly and they don't give any payment for the extra hours of working. The labour who work there have to work 12 hours regularly and they get the overtime payment. But in the end of the month the salary of both the labour and the 8 hours job men comes out to be equal. You can understand what I am saying.
