managers are worst, they don't care about ground reality simply they put pressure. Hell lot politics ,my mangers use to give 50% more den actual target . which is not achievable . huge under cut price in the market, Company don't care, even if the distributor remove his margin 3.9 % , den also we are not able to match the whole sales price , manager don't care about all these. and too much of complexity of system . soemtimes tse not able to understand it Distributors .normal person wont understand all the system . distributor has to be well educated to work with HUL....Read More

Compensation is decent, but employee growth is to slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into nights. Manager do not value an individuals unique strength wich is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, wich is a painful sometimes...Read More
