Workplace politics and lobbying. Rewards and compensation is not transparent. Things that are documented in the full year appraisal are not adhered to. The compensation benefits like company shares come with a 3 year lock-in period, which means at any point of time your less than 3 year old shares that is part of your compensation will be at risk if you decide to quit or switch from this organisation. The internal job posting process is a scam as you won’t even get considered for a role as there always would be a preferred candidate. People who are close to the hiring manager get considered for the role even if their working experience is no where near the job requirements. The function which i work in got restructured twice in a period 9 months just because people in the senior leadership thought there was a need to do so. Infact the third time the restructuring that happened was to roll back to initial structure which we began with. All of this chaos with no regard for the people working in these roles. And the no recognition whatsoever for people working in the function who ensured the ball on execution doesn’t get dropped while the transition happens. In this company Managers are blind as Dhitrastra. They only judge anyone on behalf of company FSCE. FSCE roll is company mistake. Need to terminate this post. After joining I have completed 4 quarters target. But my Manager did not confirm me, because my FSCE told him to do this. My FSCE belongs to muslim community. He gives negative feedback to company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No one review FSCE performance</mark>. He never stay in HQ town. Only 5-6 days work in whole month. But my manager did not take any action. Sayed qamar Rizvi is a black spot on company. His son is also working in this company with worst performance. His son got 2 or 3 transfer because of performance issues. Now his son confirm because of his father's buttering and connection with higher Authorities. Company need to cross check his son performance and know the reason of transfers. Company needs to take feedback of those employees who resigned from this company while working under Sayed Qamar Rizvi....Read More

Lowest sales and perk, unclear CTC calculation. Variable part is so high. Fixed is only 60% of total salary and Increment is worst if you spent 5-6 year your Increment only 50k to 80k total in 5-6 yr. Promotion is very slow and tough. Unilever's work environment is getting worse every day. There’s too much work, no balance between work and personal life, and a bad appraisal system. Most people think they have to keep their manager happy at all costs, or their life will be made miserable. The HR department is just for show and doesn't know what's happening on the ground. The leaders don't care about the field workers because they're paid well. Basically, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) decides if you stay or go. It’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
