Good Company Colony Good Atmosphere for family

Dislikes

The company can terminate employment at any time." After a night shift, the manager may call you in for the next day, even if you are scheduled off, for any urgent or small tasks. No Job security fired any time and ask to Leave colony at that day. The Company culture is poor, as shift engineer are not granted leaves.
