About salery its was not fixed.and facilities was very poor not use get travel money also

It's was very good fun and enjoy and we get a chance to go state to state n got a chance to learned the system of the other state it was very interesting

Likes

Everyday we meet new people. Everyday we travel new places for selling company's products. My teammates was great. I learned how to talk with unknown person about unknown product and how to convince them that this is the best product with value for money.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day as I have to visit some client home in evening for replace dispute products. I work there with no fixed salary and it's very painful.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring.
