The company gives me a lot of scope to improve myself. I really learned how to motivate clients and also my behaviour. I am really great to be the part of HCC. I also got chance to learn a lot from the Raumbol the advising team from Denmark who give the drawing to NFR.Training facility is also good inHCC.

Dislikes

Increment is poor and also growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometims i have to work full day and night also for urgency work. Generally i have to attend the meetings and back to room at late night. As per work salary is not suitable.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire site as well as to manage the clients. Daily monitoring and preparing offer list for client inspection as well as preapring documents all depends on me.
