The company gives me a lot of scope to improve myself. I really learned how to motivate clients and also my behaviour. I am really great to be the part of HCC. I also got chance to learn a lot from the Raumbol the advising team from Denmark who give the drawing to NFR.Training facility is also good inHCC.

...cy work. Generally i have to attend the meetings and back to room at late night. As per work salary is not suitable.

Every thing here is good except work life balance, inporper salary, work satisfaction.

Train is give only based on close with supirors, appraisals are poor, salary Lag 3 - 4 months, no work life balance.

Good Accommodation and Facility, Some staff & manager are supportive, Good Working Culture, Technically strong working & construction process

Salary Not on time, Personal department manager is non technical at there work leads to poor management, 8.0 am to 9.0 pm 13 hrs working leads to non productive working, Some manager takes high salary with non productive working leads to create pressure on juniors, Some higher authority staff are non technical with poor knowledge, asking about leave to personal department manager is headache, Charges for canteen facilities are high.

...esation regarding the job. Great corporation from the officeres for good works . Best salary for efficient working employees. When compared to other construction fioeld this company is a standered one in the world.

Salary is on time at tehri project. For Growing in contracts HCC is the best place. Food is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance- 7:30-8:30 you will be stuck in office. Accommodation is terrible. For Site engineer you had to work on sunday's too. Total remote area, also you will find wind animals too.
