Culture, focus on only numbers, drive like a driver even 300 to 500 kms in a day. Poor salary, they hire you on fake commitment and will give you less information so that you join. HR such as Tanisha dua will give you incomplete details till you join.

Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only

Dislikes

National Head credit and collection and AR controller is very much biased. They have made their own lobby and want tthe team to clap for them. No planning for non lobby team members. Promotes only lobby wala team members.

- Learning curve -HR benefits are really good and well intending -Hustle culture ( almost start up like ) can be a benefit for a youngster looking for a steep learning curve -A great company once known for its culture is losing the very same thing .

No work-life balance Work culture is very stressful Mental and physical health cant be stable while working No job security No job satisfaction "Hire and Fire" tendency is always ongoing as they are thinking they are growing this way. Their communication style is often abrupt and dismissible. The HR/Management should treat all the employees equally not only the Team leaders are the assets.
