This company is highly toxic, filled with office politics, overwhelming workload, no recognition and no reward for work life balance specially in Finance Team (AR). Always force to work for extra hours without any incentive for it.

The learning and development is better. Pay is good if you negotiate.

Dislikes

HR and Sales directors will hide details oj job so that you join the company at lower package. But then empty your pockets on drivers, work like dogs in a large territory. They would not tell you your territory properly, so that you just join anyhow. Company culture is now a money ridden and numbers ridden. Even bonus for 2024 was not paid. Then they show off great place to work rankings 🤣

Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only

Dislikes

National Head credit and collection and AR controller is very much biased. They have made their own lobby and want tthe team to clap for them. No planning for non lobby team members. Promotes only lobby wala team members.

- Learning curve -HR benefits are really good and well intending -Hustle culture ( almost start up like ) can be a benefit for a youngster looking for a steep learning curve -A great company once known for its culture is losing the very same thing .

No work-life balance Work culture is very stressful Mental and physical health cant be stable while working No job security No job satisfaction "Hire and Fire" tendency is always ongoing as they are thinking they are growing this way. Their communication style is often abrupt and dismissible. The HR/Management should treat all the employees equally not only the Team leaders are the assets.

Favouritism in promotions, deserving candidates does not get the opportunity. Old people on management positions does not want to leave the job cz they wont get a job anywhere else limiting new talent to grow.

Excellent Learning and very process based company. Hilti demands a very respectable position in market and has a very special approach to customers.

Dislikes

Poor management, micro level management from managers. Pressure is put on to show sales everyday. Internal politics in ruining the company's valued culture.
