Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only

Dislikes

National Head credit and collection and AR controller is very much biased. They have made their own lobby and want tthe team to clap for them. No planning for non lobby team members. Promotes only lobby wala team members.

Their communication style is often abrupt and dismissible. The HR/Management should treat all the employees equally not only the Team leaders are the assets.
