Sometimes luck of leadership. Manager is manager and not a leader. A Good Manager is also a Good Leader but most of the time, they are a manager and not a leader.

Most of my career is already with Hill and I have learned many things from the Company as well. Hill International itself is a pretty good company and I don't have any issued, only the people around which is the manager and not a leader.

Ihill are very good to there clients and l have had 2 previous job experiences working for Hill in Riyadh (Hill Intl. ME) and Ifrane, Morocco Hill I to. Africa which were 2 good very good experiences and l would like to work for Hill International in the future. Tim Pierce
