Dislikes

Sometimes luck of leadership. Manager is manager and not a leader. A Good Manager is also a Good Leader but most of the time, they are a manager and not a leader.

Most of my career is already with Hill and I have learned many things from the Company as well. Hill International itself is a pretty good company and I don't have any issued, only the people around which is the manager and not a leader.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
