My Managers are willing to listen to me and our team (company) very collaborative. very good support by the Management and Team. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
