Very unstable. At one time everyone says about following process, but another time they don't follow. People who creates process do not have sense while creating the process. Person sitting in the top position have less knowledge about the domain. Too much politics in higher level. CTO got fired within a year but no body get a proper reason. Poor leadership skills in leader sitting at the top. They don't value innovation. They only follow procedure and method. The organisation has a great pool of individual contributors. Fresh mind and lots of talent with different approach and perspective to solve problems.

I believe the leadership and their vision is the main issue with this place. The leadership team is simply a group of bootlickers who are simply finding various ways to save their jobs. They look for ways to show their "impact" to the CXOs. In reality they seriously do not have any talent to lead the teams. Horrible training and onboarding. Extremely biased appraisals. A leader, VP of operations, Mr Sarda, openly gives verdicts about employees without knowing the truth and jist of an event and has zero knowledge about. Cunning though, sucking up to the right "Powerful" people to save his job. Till the time these kind of issues remain in mid leadership level, the organisation is bound to fail. The new CTO brings some hope in the organisation, but an advice to him to keep shuffling his inner circle and keep a stricter eye on his "right hand"....Read More

- work life balance : you are expected to work like a brainless zombie - company policies : doesn't make any sense . Makes you feel like you're either in kindergarten or a prison - evaluation criteria : like schools you are expected to score good in quizzes post trainings and write meeting summaries as your basic evaluation criteria . Your standard of work , no matter how great you are will not be considered at all , but if you do poorly in your job but write a good meeting summary , you are a great employee apparently. Food : Serves you hostel mess quality food in the cafeteria . Dinner timings are such that you won't even be able to have your dinner because of call timings Leadership is unaware of what the managers of the internal teams are doing and really good employees are suffering due to unfair discrimination and favouritism. The company does not even have a learning and development team to conduct trainings and a lot of new joiners find themselves scrambling for learning the products and are then laid off if they cannot learn fast .
