Very unstable. At one time everyone says about following process, but another time they don't follow. People who creates process do not have sense while creating the process. Person sitting in the top position have less knowledge about the domain. Too much politics in higher level. CTO got fired within a year but no body get a proper reason. Poor leadership skills in leader sitting at the top. They don't value innovation. They only follow procedure and method. The organisation has a great pool of individual contributors. Fresh mind and lots of talent with different approach and perspective to solve problems.

I believe the leadership and their vision is the main issue with this place. The leadership team is simply a group of bootlickers who are simply finding various ways to save their jobs. They look for ways to show their "impact" to the CXOs. In reality they seriously do not have any talent to lead the teams. Horrible training and onboarding. Extremely biased appraisals. A leader, VP of operations, Mr Sarda, openly gives verdicts about employees without knowing the truth and jist of an event and has zero knowledge about. Cunning though, sucking up to the right "Powerful" people to save his job. Till the time these kind of issues remain in mid leadership level, the organisation is bound to fail. - work life balance : you are expected to work like a brainless zombie - company policies : doesn't make any sense . Makes you feel like you're either in kindergarten or a prison - evaluation criteria : like schools you are expected to score good in quizzes post trainings and write meeting summaries as your basic evaluation criteria . Your standard of work , no matter how great you are will not be considered at all , but if you do poorly in your job but write a good meeting summary , you are a great employee apparently. Food : Serves you hostel mess quality food in the cafeteria . Dinner timings are such that you won't even be able to have your dinner because of call timings Leadership is unaware of what the managers of the internal teams are doing and really good employees are suffering due to unfair discrimination and favouritism. The company does not even have a learning and development team to conduct trainings and a lot of new joiners find themselves scrambling for learning the products and are then laid off if they cannot learn fast . 1. Job Security is ZERO 2. Claims to be a "Fair" practices conpany but hardly any logical step is taken to support that statement. 3. A lot of politics in the upper management. 4. Glorifying Layoffs by using the term "Performance based Filtration". 5. Favoritism is a common process here. 6. Expectations are not exactly clear from the upper management. 7. WFH option is not given at all.

Work culture in the company is the worst. Previous year attrition rate was around 30%. The way they do things are just senseless. New leader Ashwin Krishna may seem knowledge but as a leader he is far off. They shifted everyone from marketing to Inside Sales in one night. And without proper training we’re expecting result . Without providing the night allowance and they wanted the employee to contribute 12 hrs a day. People in ABM department are leaving the company like crazy. They are also playing with the career of the interns in the same manner . Not giving them proper training and expecting results from them in a month in Inside Sales....Read More

Absolutely toxic culture, laterals get the heat of it most as they mould the remaining staff like that from beginning who have started with them as interns and turned to full time employee and thereon jumped ladders. They have stringent policies around 5 days a week and 9 hours to be logged after this u r expected to attend client meetings which might go beyond 12 in night. Micro management is instilled in everyone and you will feels eye on u through out. Its a worst place to be for laterals .. if you think you can learn a new product and continue mind you the exception is that u grasp everything within a month and be onboard.
