I joined as fresher in highradius just because it was offering a decent package compared to other offers i got. But i wasn't aware that money doesn't matters always. there is nothing to like about this company. NO professionalism, Toxic work culture...baised managers and higher management. Also beware that there is no transparency in this company.

Dislikes

Managers can opt for WFH but even incase of emergency also WFH is not given to ICs. They treat their employees like crap and prioritize at lowest.they intensionally don't acknowledge employees work and they never appreciate. Also the work culture is very toxic much like a toxic college rather than a professional IT company. Everywhere you can find people gossiping . Every thing is done here except the actual work.

Apart from pay everything. No work life balance, no schedule for work hours, no transparency between you and your manager, no job security, probably you’ll have be working on every other weekend, no appraisals (even for a two consecutive performer of the quarter didn’t get a promotion), even higher ups try to barge in your personal life as well.

Office Politics, promotions and hikes are not based on skills but rather based on some internal factors. No learning curve. Ancient tech stack, once you start working here it will be very difficult to switch.

If you are working in Bhubaneswar and that too in Analytics, you will get to learn nothing. The model of Bhubaneswar is in such a way that HighRadius recruits interns from colleges in bulk and then we have to train them. Being an Associate Software Engineer, we should be learning new technologies and work on development but all we will be doing is train the interns that are being hired and manage them. We will have to literally take the attendance and as far as other work is considered, all we get to do is set up config. The main development happens in Hyderabad. Also, a lot of politics happens in Bhubaneswar.

1) Favoritism, even if you are skilled they won't value you. They value those who fake their work and do their manager's professional and PERSONAL work. 2) Ancient tech stack, once you work here won't be able to switch and regret forever. 3) Nobody cares about your health, if you are in a death bed they only cares about their sprint. 4) There is no career growth, in terms of hike and knowledge. 5) Too much gap in the product but at the end developers and consultants are blamed, not the Product Management team. 6) Confused and rigid CEO, doesn't have any knowledge about the ERP industry and tries to disrupt SAP ERP's. He behaves like he has already done this but in reality none of the product works well and have gaps. 7) Weak HR team, always biased on manager's opinion only. 8) Layoffs are sugar coated as PERFORMANCE BASED SEPERATION. It can happen anytime even if you are a good performer. 9) Ranks of team members are calculated on the basis of stupid metrics which includes logging efforts in JIRA on time, closing tasks before due date anyhow, daily git commits, mandatory JIRA ID to be mentioned in git commit message to check particular changes for the ticket. 10) Continuous evaluation is there on the basis of rank and PERFORMANCE BASED SEPERATION or PIP can happen anytime because of relative marking of team members. 11) If you don't get task because of poor management then you are blamed of under-utilized, which results in PERFORMANCE BASED SEPERATION. 12) There is no safety of individual's belongings in the office and moreover security cameras are installed carelessly. Hence you have to pay if any work related product get's stolen or damaged in your absence. 13) There is loooooooong notice period of 3 months, you can't even switch due to this looooooooooooong notice period. The irony is Highradius hires immediate joiners only. 14) 70% of the company is running on interns, who are made to work for 12+ hours on merely Rs 14,500/-
