Flexible working hours. No one asks you to work overtime. You get 1 week summer, 1 week winter, and 1 week Diwali vacations. Parent company is in Belgium so you get to work on international projects. Friendly office environment.

The directors are super supportive of talented and hardworking people. They appreciate, encourage both with words and appraisals if an employee is good. It is a growing company , so there us ample opportunity to do experiments and research to know what is best for you.

Dislikes

The team is quite small right now and a proper MNC culture still needs to develop where everything is organised and nicely managed.
