I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience working at Hidden Brains. While there were positive aspects of my time with the company, I must express some concerns about the work-life balance, salary increments, and the inclusion of a bond agreement. Unfortunately, I found that the work-life balance at Hidden Brains was not as conducive as I had hoped. Balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments became challenging at times, impacting my overall well-being. Additionally, I observed that the salary increments did not always align with the level of work and dedication put forth by employees. This aspect of compensation left room for improvement and did not fully recognize the contributions of the team. Moreover, the inclusion of a bond agreement in the job contract was also a notable concern. there is nothing to like. They force use to do give high rating in ambitionbox -> Work pressure -> false commitment -> extended daily basis 3-4 hour ( i did daily 11-13 hours for work) -> senior are useless -> They will take your original 10 -12 marksheet and than demand for money when you leave ( in lakh , i gave them 3.5 lakh due to not to involve in any police case) -> they will blackmail you

They want us to work 10 -12 hours daily without any failure. If we are leaving early from office seems like we are doing something wrong. Appraisals process was very bad here.
