Job isn't secure , always you'll get some kind of sense that you'll be fired because of environment . Multiple people who has given there time more than 5 + years they ask to submit all assets and resign . No Work life balance. Tech stack and work isn't up to mark of industry , after working couple of years , you'll face challengeswhile searching for jobs. There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired

Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.

Some TLs are so supported like "Pankaj Mohan". They are always ready to help out in every situation. He is really so cooperative.

There is no direct shift for the employees who are working free home. Whenever you ll ask for any direct shift they will pressurise you to manage and will provide you split shift. Which shouldn't be happen, even after giving 11 hours of productivity on occasions you can never expect any over time incentive. Literally you guys should work on it.

Typical lala company with toxic work culture. HR and management are puppets of CEO. Employees are treated like inappropriately. There are lay offs every year which are unfair. No job security at all. Worst company to work for.

Full of dislikes. Even after requesting manager he never changed my idiot TL- who was a complete joker. Won't like to give his name- has also been under posh case but no strict action by management and has survived company since so long. LOL! He has no motives in his life and just know how to demotivate other human. He is a complete joker with spectacles and short height with no sense, and a complete cartoon. He just knows how to send mails to higher authority with poor English, If you'll check his gram once, I can bet you will laugh so hard that your stomach and cheeks both will ache. Product head is not worthy of leading a team - lacks basic product management skills , succumbs to pressure and just acts as a postman 3. Product team is secondary to business / sales team and has limited say in decisions
