This company you can learn end to end accounting if you assigned in core Finance... They will assign 2-3 companies or more sometimes to each team... And they need to take care of entire accounts process like GST return TDS return payroll processing PF PT return etc Good scope to learn multiple accounts software like Tally Saral Winman RPU Greytthr etc.. Work life balance is good.. Coming to Cons Initial joining they will offer only 15 percent hike of present salary some time even less than this... Great team to manage. Excellent job security and good training experience.

Work-life balance was not satisfactory. Though there was scope for innovation the client and it's stake-owners were not very cooperative.

Generally speaking the work was challenging as I had to continuously work on processing payments with or without proper documentation or invoices. As the client I have handled was e-commerce business and a start up company started by techies.
