Nepotism is rotting this company from inside. Micro-management has reached dystopian levels; face recoginition entry, per day effort tracking, and automatic abscences for minor attendance discrepancies. Big Brother is watching, but only for the outsiders. Non-technical people hold senior technical positions, delivering lectures on development without ever having written a single line of code. HR is nothing more than a decorative prop, powerless and complicit[Nothing new] . The entire company is a family business disguised as a corporate entitiy, ousiders have zero job security while nepotism hires enjoys a 200% safety net. When the so called "highly technical" nepo kids fail, they don't get fired - you do. Salary delays are a norm, not an exception. Never on time, never predictable. Development practices are Non-exitstent, No coding standard, no structure; just a reckless push to "get things done at any cost" Code quality is the worst you'll see, riddle with memory leaks and technical debt that nobody cares to fix.
