Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced SCM professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing service contracts, coordinating across business units and the SCM team, and hands-on experience in projects under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) or similar government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end service contracts, including vendor finalization, execution, monitoring, and closure
  
• Act as the key point of coordination between Business Units and the SCM team to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance
  
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, deliverables, and timelines
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, finance, and legal for effective contract governance
  
• Handle procurement planning, vendor development, and risk management for service-based requirements
  
• Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards related to service contracts and procurement progress
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory norms
  
• Track budgets, costs, and delivery timelines for efficient execution
  
• Mandatory experience with Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) knowledge of its guidelines, documentation, and supply chain expectations
  
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business or a related field (MBA preferred)
  
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, especially managing service contracts
  
• Must have worked on Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM)
  
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)
  
• Experience in vendor management, project coordination, and contract lifecycle management
