Work-Life balance is just a notch better than 3rd grade companies, but not much. Company HR Policies are copy-pasted from other firms, so just about okay, but nothing ingenious. R&D, Focus on technology are below average & not as advanced as they are made out to be.

For professionals, nothing to like. Ignorance breeds here. My VP didn't even know who is the Chairman of his company. There is no co-ordination between Sales, Technical Design, Bid Management & Projects teams. President & VPs are merely people with good contacts with the establishment but without core skills. Toxic people are found. In Hyderabad plant, only local people are allowed to get in to the job. If you are a trainee, nobody is going to give you training, you are on your own. You'll never be recognised for your work. Higher ups will tend to use you without any appreciation (something for your hard work). But if you want to start your career somewhere you can get in as the job security is good.
