Hi
I have 3 year Diploma in EE and currently working as a Assistant manager .I have total 15 yr experience. 5 year as a service engineer and 10 year with Facility Project and construction in Electrical Department.According to me my current salary is not as per my Experience and knowledge. I am working with 5.7L/A . My performance is full of satisfied as per my PMS and Annually rating . I want to change organisation for growth and learn something new.
Can you suggest me any opportunity as per my Experience and my knowledge for my better growth.
