Working as maintenance engineer, job security is good.

Toxic people are found. In Hyderabad plant, only local people are allowed to get in to the job. If you are a trainee, nobody is going to give you training, you are on your own. You'll never be recognised for your work. Higher ups will tend to use you without any appreciation (something for your hard work). But if you want to start your career somewhere you can get in as the job security is good.

Nepotism Micro Management Non-technical people holding big Technical positions. HR is mere plumage meant for decoration. Company has no outsiders. Everyone from company's existing worker's relatives. Job security 200% there.

Processional growth is very low ,interaction with employees and HR is very less. Lobby culture is very helpful for few employees . Managers are very biased promotions are not depending on your work and results if you have good links with upper management Then only you get the same

No fair selections for promotions, upper management selected only non-people for promotions, it should be fair and equal to everyone
