These are important considerations when you are serving as a Manager. With access to these, it enables to serve better. My thanks to the leadership for providing me with complete ownership of a project as well as the execution level freedom. It has allowed me to self-learn and realize what would work and what would not. Cannot sideline the co-operation from the team. Without their involvement, project execution will not be possible.
