Likes

Independently handling the projects, good support from the head office, Jeddah for cracking the deals. The incentives were given as per the performances. Appraisals were given every year on merits.

Dislikes

The management was discriminating the employees specially the non Arabic people since the management had all Arabic people, which demotivated the non Arabic staff and n it had a great effect on the work.

Work Details

It was good until there was a change in the management in Jeddah & after that lots of changes happened in Dubai branch. New country manager , new hr manager , new team leaders etc . So had to move out of the organization since there was no support.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
