Learning experience was good for the initial few years.

Dislikes

Very poor salary, few old people in the organization are very orthodox and will not appreciate you climbing the ladder fast. Work-life balance goes for a toss. HR practices are also very poor and outdated.

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation .
