I would like to say in M/s Hero Motors is only one thing is how to handle non technical person who has superior to me and non technical junior

First of all I would like to say there is no need of educated people because there is only and only need to oiling and polishing for ur career growth, departmental head has no power to take any decision if plant head take decision it doesn't matter he is right or not but decision is followed by H.O.D. no matter how to tackle that you should apply otherwise you are zero for him it's doesn't matter how long you are surve to industry as an Sr. Manager or H.O.D's and also there is no meanings of ur post because of salary structure is very poor for example if you are appointed as Assistant manager with 5.0lpa but an Executive with 7.0 lpa working in your guidance... So executive is behave like you are nothing for him......now for the same post of Sr. Executive one has working with 7.lpa and second one is working with 3~3.5Lpa for same work and pressure. There is no relative equivalence between respective post and the salary structure... The Most important thing is that there is no countableity of your work and performance it's only depending on plant head mind because of your department head review is no meanings for him and also there is no program of any technical trainings and many more things I thing you can understand. I am working an an Sr. executive metallurgical Engineer in heat treatment department managing all the activities of raw material and outsource treatment and also inhouse treatment like carburizing and all about of metallurgical lab.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
