Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...it's doesn't matter how long you are surve to industry as an Sr. Manager or H.O.D's and also there is no meanings of ur post because of salary structure is very poor for example if you are appointed as Assistant manager with 5.0lpa but an Executive with 7.0 lpa working in your guidance... So executive is behave like you are nothing for him......now for the same post of Sr. Executive one has working with 7.lpa and second one is working with 3~3.5Lpa for same work and pressure. There is no relative equivalence between respective post and the salary structure... The Most important thing is that there is no countableity of your work and performance it's only depending on plant head mind because of your department head review is no meanings for him and also there is no program of any technical trainings and many more things I thing you can understand. Thanks

Hero is not a japnese company it's a Indian company old people's in HMCL thinks they are the boss and no one knows better then them also HMCL follows TPM which I think a great misguide for top management as people's are showing wrong data in each pillar and clapping for each other in the end of each time review
