I don’t understand how such a big company can have such a poor recruitment process.
Dislikes
Poor security measures. It’s unsettling how lax the rules are regarding access to the workplace.
There’s no room for growth here, just stagnation.
Nepotism runs rampant. If you’re not part of the inner circle, don’t expect any opportunities to grow.
Expect to be on call 24/7 with no regard for your personal time.
